Make an impressive appetizer by drizzling it over a goat cheese crostini with arugula or prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe slices.  Reduce it and use it to baste your baked chicken breasts with apples and thyme.  Pair it with most of our EVOO's for a great dipping blend or easy vinaigrette.
