Tropical Refresher (makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

2 cups pineapple

1 Tbsp Coconut White Balsamic

1 Tbsp Pineapple White Balsamic

2 Tbsp Honey

1 cup ice

2 cups seltzer water

Directions

Puree pineapple, balsamic, honey, and ice divide between 2 glasses and top each glass with seltzer water. Garnish with pineapple, maraschino cherry or a rum float and a cocktail umbrella for added fun!

*This is a nonalcoholic beverage recipe, that can easily be adapted to mix in with white rum or vodka.
