Papaya Seed Dressing
Try this easy to make sweet and peppery salad dressing on a crisp lettuce, bitter green salads, sandwiches, or as a sauce with your favorite seafood! This is a Hawaiian favorite! Papaya seeds add a natural peppery quality and pleasing texture, while the the sweetness of the pineapple balsamic is balanced by the sweet onion and mustard…Ono-licious!!!
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons. Fresh papaya seeds
1/2 small sweet onion
1/2 cup pineapple white balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup mild extra virgin olive oil

Put papaya seeds and onion into a food processor and finely grind.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and run processor to make into creamy dressing.

Makes approximately 2 cups of prepared dressing.
